Hi! I’m Whitney. I have been living and practicing yoga and Nia for over 20 years. My passion is sharing the joys of these practices and all of the many connecting elements. I have a love of movement, meditation, and connecting. I believe in our spiritual and ethical responsibility we have to our bodies to nurture and heal through what we feed ourselves – food, breath, movement.
